Quantum Nano-Electronics and Spectroscopy (QNES)

by Sebastien_Tanzilli - published on

Research activities :

The Quantum Nano-Electronics and Spectroscopy team investigate electronic properties of quantum nanostructures based on graphene, superconductors, semiconductors, and new 2D materials. These studies combine electron transport measurements, scanning tunneling microscopy and spectroscopy, and scanning gate microscopy. Most of the instruments have been specifically developped by the team to work in extreme experimental conditions (very low temperature, ultra-high vacuum, high magnetic field) and to reach ultimate resolutions.
