Aims and organization of the Colloquium
The GDR IQFA organises its 6th Colloquium at the Institut d’Optique Graduate School.
The main goal of this colloquium is to gather all the various communities working in Quantum Information, and to permit, along 3 days, to exchange on the recent advances in the field.
The colloquium will be organized along 3 communication modes :
- Tutorial talks (1h), having a clear pedagogical purpose, on the very foundations and most advanced applications of the field;
- Contributed talks(30’) on the current hot topics within the strategic thematics (ARTs) identified by the GDR IQFA. This year again, the Scientific Committee (see below) calls for poster contributions only. Among all the received poster contributions, the Committee will select a tens of them to be upgraded as oral/invited contributions;
- Poster Sessions to give the youngest the opportunity to present their work to the entire community, again within the strategic thematics (ARTs) indentified by the GDR IQFA;.
- Prof. Hans Briegel, University of Innsbruck, Austria,
Title: Quantum computation and learning; - Prof. Luiz Davidovich, Rio de Janeiro Federal University, Brazil,
Title: Quantum metrology: an overview of recent results; - Prof. Claude Fabre, University Pierre & Marie Curie - Paris 6, ENS Paris, France,
Title: About states and modes in quantum optics; - Prof. Ronald Hanson, TU Delft, The Netherlands,
Title: Quantum networks for computing and communication with diamond spins; - Prof. Pawel Horodecki, University of Gdansk, Poland,
Title: Selected topics on quantum and postquantum correlations; - Prof. Renato Renner, ETH Zurich, Switzerland,
Title: Quantum theory without probabilities; - Prof. Andreas Wallraff, Institute for Theoretical Physics, ETH Zurich, Switzerland,
Title: Quantum science and technology with superconducting circuits;

This year again, the Scientific Committee (see below) calls for poster contributions only. The Committee will the select, among all the contributions, a tens of them to be upgraded as oral/invited contributions. The selected contributions will be those representing the more striking advances demonstrated over the past year.
WARNING : To contribute, it is necessary to submit a 1-page abstract in PDF format only. The LaTeX template and the corresponding PDF result merged in a zip file are available for download below.
