Research activities:
This activity is organized in two teams which are both working in strong interaction with the laboratory experimental groups:
- The team Electronic properties of nano-objects is mainly interested in the electronical and optical properties of semiconductor nanostructures (quantum dots, microcavities, quantum cascade lasers...).
- The team Strongly correlated and mesoscopic systems studies the effects of electronic interactions and quantum interferences in two-dimensional electron gases and mesoscopic systems.
